Who doesn't love a parade! It was a beautiful day in North Bend--a bit hot--but fun nonetheless--at the Festival at Mt. Si parade. Parades are great for community building and giving license to adults to be slightly goofy. Today's shot is of a friends child enjoying the sights and sounds.
Shot Thought: The umbrella helped to diffuse the overhead sunlight. I used a center light filter to create the image.
