The day after Thanksgiving--a day of rest and fun. We found our way up to San Juan Island to spend some time with my folks. One thing I love about my dad is that he loves gadgets. When not puttering with boats--his second passion has always been flying planes. Today we find him launching his new helicopter in the living room. My daughter was given a short lesson--and soon enough--she was a pilot as well! (Now there is mention of real flying lessons...I told her to get a job!)
