Photo a Day 152: Getting the Shot

I think I have mentioned that I love my job. One perk of my job is that it allows me opportunities in other areas around the school. I have the pleasure of teaching a photography extracurricular to 4th - 8th graders. It is a treat to see these kids get so excited to learn the technical aspects of photography and then turn around and utilize the knowledge in their shots. Kids look at the world completely different than adults. From the physical standpoint alone--their height lends itself to a different vantage point. Today's shots are just a few of the kids enjoying their creative process. I edited the first one with a "paint daub" filter for privacy purpose.

Shot Thought: Keeping the sun behind me as we were out in full on sun today. Shot with S90.
