Today's blog in honor of Paolo Martini's Song, "I Got My New Shoes On"-check it out--great song! So, these are the feet of a couple of my kids in class. We Americans are a funny bunch. These shoes light up like New York City! I turned the lights off in the gym so we could enjoy their flashing. These types of shoes are right up there with racing car shopping carts in grocery stores--it's crazy! When I was a kids I had one type of shoe--the PF Flyer. My parents told me I would run faster and jump higher--I believed them and we called it good. No bells, no whistles and most definitely, no lights! They are cut though!
