As we await "Storm 2011" (which will last approximately 3 hours and 24 minutes I understand!) my dog is wondering "when will that nice weather come again?" He looks longingly to his deck where he tends to lounge during the summer months. His owner, however, is ecstatic with the snow which means more fantastic ski day ahead!
Shot Thought: Shot this right by the window with a gold reflector. Was experimenting with the filter idea--liked the white fill better--but this shot better. Nothing outstanding on this snow filled day. f3.2, 1/30 sec, ISO 1250. Needed to compensate for brightness outside and darkness inside--no flash. Also, trying to get a Golden Retriever to actaully "pose" for a shot is an undertaking in itself! "Spooner, look longingly out the window"--it didn't really resonate for him. Also, getting the nose prints off the window would have been a nice touch on my part!
