Went for a drive today in our beautiful valley. Had this tractor in mind that I drive by fairly often--thought it would make for a nice shot. When I finished shooting the tractor--I packed up my gear and jumped back in the car. About 30 seconds down the road the elk were out. Most where young and had no racks. Then this guy came walking quite majestically out of the woods. Didn't realize he was sticking his tongue out at me when I took the shot!
Shot Thought: Easy shooting today as there was a nice cloud cover over the valley. Took a light meter--for the tractor ISO 200, TV 1000, Av 2.8 Went for color emphasis in Photoshop for the tractor trying to get the red to pop.
